Giovanni Without Fear
In a SMALL village, lives a little boy named Giovanni. Giovanni is very BRAVE. He isn’t afraid of anything! Not even the BIG animals or DARK places.
One DAY, Giovanni’s mother, Mamma, says: “Giovanni, can you go to the market for me? Bring me some BREAD and some CHEESE, please.”
Giovanni smiles and says, “I am not afraid! I will go!”
He leaves his HOUSE and walks through a VERY BIG street. He passes by a DOG that does a very loud “Woof! Woof!”. Giovanni isn’t scared. He says, “Hello, dog!” and keeps walking.
Next, Giovanni comes to a BIG forest. The trees are very tall, and the forest is very DARK. Some people say the forest is full of MONSTERS. But Giovanni isn’t scared. He says, “I am not afraid of MONSTERS!” and walks right in.
In the forest, he meets a WOLF. The WOLF looks at Giovanni and goes “Grrrr!”. Giovanni says, “Hello, wolf! I am not afraid of you!”. The wolf walks away and Giovanni keeps going.
Next, Giovanni sees a RIVER and he uses a STICK to jump over it.
At the MARKET, Giovanni sees lots of COLOURS. There are RED apples, YELLOW bananas, and ORANGE carrots. Giovanni buys the BREAD and CHEESE for his MAMMA.
While Giovanni is walking back home, he sees a COW and some SHEEP eating GRASS. Giovanni smiles at them and says, “Hello, cow! Hello, sheep!” and he keeps walking. He is not scared at all.
Finally, Giovanni comes home and gives MAMMA the BREAD and CHEESE. She hugs him and says “You are so BRAVE, Giovanni! Thank you for going to the market!”
Giovanni smiles and says, “I am not afraid of anything, Mamma!”
And that’s how Giovanni, the little boy, showed his Mamma how BRAVE he is.

Giovanni Without Fear
Once upon a time, there was a LITTLE BOY named Giovanni. He lived in a HOUSE in a SMALL VILLAGE. Giovanni was BRAVE. He was never afraid of anything. He wasn’t scared of DARK forests, BIG animals, or loud noises.
One AFTERNOON, Giovanni’s mother, who was a KIND WOMAN, asked him to go to the market. “Giovanni,” she said, “please go to the market and bring me some BREAD and CHEESE.”
Giovanni smiled and said, “I am not afraid! I will go!”
Giovanni left his HOUSE and started his journey. As he walked, he passed a DOG that barked loudly, “Woof! Woof!”. But Giovanni wasn’t scared. He waved and said, “Hello, dog!”
Giovanni continued his journey and he reached a FOREST. The trees were tall and the forest was very DARK. It was SCARY. Some people even said there were MONSTERS there! But Giovanni wasn’t afraid. He said, “I am not afraid of MONSTERS!” and went into the forest.
Inside the FOREST, Giovanni saw a BIG WOLF. The wolf growled and showed its teeth. “Grrrrr!” The wolf asked, “Why are you here, little boy?” Giovanni didn’t feel scared. He said, “I am here because I need to go to the market!”
The wolf was surprised. Giovanni was so BRAVE! The wolf moved aside, and Giovanni went on.
Next, Giovanni came to a RIVER. He didn’t know how to cross it. But he found a STICK that he used to jump over.
On the other side, he reached the MARKET, where people were selling FRUITS, VEGETABLES, and other TASTY foods. Giovanni bought the BREAD and CHEESE for his mother.
Then Giovanni returned home, walking back through the FOREST, past the DOG, and across the RIVER. On the way, he met a COW and some SHEEP. Giovanni waved and said, “Hello, cow! Hello, sheep!”
When he got home, Giovanni’s mother smiled and said, “Giovanni, you are so BRAVE! Thank you for going to the market!”
Giovanni smiled back and said, “I was never scared because I know how to be BRAVE!”

Giovanni Without Fear
Once upon a time, in a SMALL village, there was a boy named Giovanni. He lived in a house with his PARENTS. Giovanni was VERY brave, and he wasn’t afraid of anything, no matter how BIG or SCARY it was. People in his village often said, “Giovanni is fearless!”.
One AFTERNOON, Giovanni’s MOTHER asked him to go to the market in the nearest village. She needed some BREAD and CHEESE. Giovanni was excited. He didn’t hesitate a moment. He said, “I am not afraid! I will go right now!”
As he began his journey, Giovanni passed a LARGE field where a DOG was watching the HORSES grazing under the SUNNY sky. The HORSES were calm, and Giovanni waved and said, “Hello, horses!” He wasn’t afraid of the BIG animals he met along the way.
After walking for a while, Giovanni entered a FOREST. The trees were TALL, and the path was covered with GREEN leaves. It was very QUIET, and the shadows of the trees made the forest feel a little COLD and MYSTERIOUS. But Giovanni wasn’t scared. He had been taught that fear was something unnecessary, and that sometimes, what may seem scary isn’t scary at all.
Suddenly, Giovanni saw a WOLF standing near a HUGE rock. The wolf stared at Giovanni and growled loudly, “Grrrrr!”. Giovanni, however, didn’t feel frightened. He stood still and said, “Hello, wolf! I’m not afraid of you!” The wolf looked at him, then slowly walked away. Giovanni smiled and continued on his path.
As Giovanni walked deeper into the forest, the sun began to set, and it became a little DARKER. However, Giovanni wasn’t worried about the NIGHT coming. He trusted that the path was safe and that there was nothing to be afraid of.
Eventually, Giovanni reached the nearest village and went straight to the market. The market was busy with people from different COUNTRIES, each selling FRUITS, VEGETABLES, and FRESH foods. Giovanni bought the BREAD and CHEESE his mother needed and then started walking back home.
On his way back, Giovanni felt a SLIGHT pain in his foot, but he didn’t worry about it. His HEALTH was good, and he didn’t feel tired. Giovanni smiled because he knew he was strong and nothing could stop him.
As he passed through the forest again, the FULL MOON rose into the sky, lighting up the path. Giovanni looked around and felt calm. He saw the same WOLF from before, but this time, it didn’t even growl. Giovanni waved and said, “Hello, wolf! You don’t scare me!”
Next, Giovanni came to a RIVER. He didn’t know how to cross it. But he found a STICK that he used as a TOOL to jump over.
After being to market, Giovanni reached his village and hurried home. When he arrived, his MOTHER was waiting for him. “Giovanni, you’re back!” she said, hugging him. Giovanni smiled and replied, “I am not afraid of anything, Mother!”
His FATHER, who had been working outside, came inside and said, “You are a brave boy, Giovanni! You went to the next village, walked through the forest, and even met a wolf! You are fearless!”
Giovanni looked at his parents and said, “I know there is nothing to be afraid of as long as I am strong and brave.”
And so, Giovanni, the fearless boy, knew that with courage, there was nothing he couldn’t face.
